1. The right of occupancy:
Trenance is a family holiday park therefore we only accept bookings from families, couples and singles. The main occupier must be over 21. No more than 6 people (including babies and children) are allowed to stay in our 2 bedroom caravan.
Strictly no pets and no smoking.
A 20% non returnable deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance of the holiday is due 3 week prior to commencement of the holiday start date unless otherwise agreed at time of booking. If the payment is not made by the due date we will consider it as a cancellation of holiday and use the deposit towards re-advertising the holiday date.
If the holiday is cancelled in excess of 28 days before the date of commencement the holiday a partial refund will be given. The deposit is non refundable.
If the holiday is cancelled with less than 28 days notice a refund is subject to re-let of the caravan.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your circumstance change.
4. Unforeseen circumstances:
If the caravan cannot be let due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
5. Arrival and departure:
We will welcome you at the caravan from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The caravan must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. Any other arrangement must be agreed at the time of booking.
6. Bed linen and towels:
Bedding is provided and may only be used if it has covers, otherwise occupiers will need to cover cleaning charges. We provide linen and towels for extra £10 per person. There are laundry facilities on the site as changing linen and towels during your stay is not included.
As it is a privately owned caravan please treat it like your home. Please leave it in the same state as it was on your arrival and notify us of any damages and breakages.
8. Standards of behaviour:
By entering a renting agreement you agree for yourself and all people who use or visitthe caravan to adopt the following standards of behaviour:
To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards anyone visiting, using or working on the Caravan or the Park.
To supervise children properly so that they are not nuisance or danger to themselves or others.
-commit any criminal offence at the Park or use the caravan in connection with any criminal activity
-commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance
-keep or carry and firearm or weapon
-use any unlawful drugs
-create undue noise or disturbance
-carry on any trade or business at the Park
The management at the holiday park will not tolerate unreasonable noise levels or unclean behaviour in the park and in the accommodation. Complaints will be reported to the park manager who will visit the offending party. It will be at the Park Managers discretion as to whether such offending party is removed from the park.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking or terminate any holiday if the terms and conditions are broken.
