Q: Do you accept groups?
A: Unfortunately no, we only accept families and couples at Trenance.
Q: How close are you to the amenities of the town centre?
A: Our caravan is located in the closest Park to the town centre and beaches at just under 1 mile; or approximately 15 mins. walk
Q: Do you accept dogs on-site?
A: Unfortunately we don't.
Q: Do you provide bed-linen?
A: Guests are requested to bring their own bed-linen and towels. Bed linen can be provided for £5 per person.
Q: How much deposit do I have to pay?
A: A 20% non returnable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Q: When do I have to pay my balance?
A: The final balance of the holiday is due 3 week prior to commencement of the holiday start date unless otherwise agreed at time of booking.
Q: How close are you to the main transport links?
A: We are less than a mile from the Rail Station and the Bus Station. The rapidly expanding Newquay Airport is about a 15 min. drive by bus or taxi.
Q: At what times can I check in and out?
A: We will welcome you at the caravan from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The caravan must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. Any other arrangement must be agreed at the time of booking.
Q: What does the number of berths mean?
A: Our 6 berth caravan/chalet sleeps up to 6 people, 2 in a double bedroom, 2 in a twin bedded room, and 2 in added pull out double 4' bed in the lounge area.
Q: On cancellation do you issue a refund?
A: If the holiday is cancelled in excess of 28 days before the date of commencement the holiday a partial refund will be given. The deposit is non refundable. If the holiday is cancelled with less than 28 days notice a refund is subject to re-let of the caravan.
